(messy updates at the moment but keeping it a single linear pseudo-blog post). The actual site content features elsewhere if you can navigate your way through until I work on what I possibly should have worked on first: site organisation. Meaning everything currently below might disappear or be formatted differently at some point.
Right, so have moved the ‘mission statement’ back there. As it is pretty much being implemented now. Still lots to do, but getting there, and so having the latest updates on the landing page kind of makes more sense now, though once all the sections have been filled and regular updates will essentially become just gigs and music, I might make another tweak to this. Anyway…. Removing the linear updates from this page as they are now on a dedicated page.
Update 16-17/1. Something New. I’ll have to work on the mise-en-page at some point, but I have not gone around where to start with this yet.
Hopefully sometime in the future, it will at least be similar-ish to the old site in the sense that gigs will also be indexed. Anyway, same way (see below where you can still find the introduction page), there is now the first part of the gig reviews from 2021-2022. They aren’t really gig reviews, these would be available more competently on the web. Just little life vignettes of concert evenings.
The layout even there still leaves a lot to be desired, haven’t looked into paragraphs or things…as they don’t appear like where they were copied from. The second part is practically written, but I’ve got to re-read it and best give the content a little time to grow, layout or not, as my (bad!) tendency is to accumulate data and information before starting the real work and it may give the impression of inactivity……………….yeah, just my strange pathways! Maybe I’m just keeping myself busy when at home, as it DOES feel a bit vain if nobody reads.
Working on the music is what I am really keen on (but still only feeling my way back around it at the moment), this website came as a later idea following a dinner at friends and while reflecting on all the gigs of the year at the end of 2022 and how much I enjoyed a lot of them while sharing on twitter. Yeah, that’s what triggered the project. The dinner at Fiona and John’s made it a workable idea. Although given how it looks now, you wouldn’t think so! 😀

(kind of update. on 15/1..the title is probably a little too subtle due to a few years of being projected and gaslighted to near-insanity; while doing too much positive projection of my own which was not good either).
Anyway yes, been working on content in the background, but only the same page mentioned below has been ‘published’ from the start (and it may have seemed like it wasn’t…).
Soooo, yes, I guess, doing a layout/background etc is what I should think of doing next. Bear with me and it will take shape, I have not been idle, and done a fair few other things.

Starting with WP. Got a lot of learning to do.
The page that is meant to be here (and hopefully will be very shortly) is the one you can get if you click on ‘It is new….’ on the top right…(it was top right before I imported a template, now you have to go top right the look to where the link is :-))
The idea is to share, give back in a way the love and blessings I was given.
