Highlighting some favourite tracks\/albums from the last few years. I didn’t write this in chronological order (2021-2018-2019-2022-2020), don’t ask me why I chose that order, there sure was a reason (the overall order wasn’t planned, but it turned out to be that, progressively) but it’s not really important. However, it means that my rules for writing these pages evolved, so some tracks could be deemed ‘not in the right year’.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As years were mixed (on the iPod playlists I did 2018-2019 then 2020-2021, until I realised that my music lists were growing and these were becoming huge so I had to separate individual years), I think I will just put the years below including things released on the year (whether I discovered them later or not, again, sharing the music more important than my history with these songs), and might just add a section with music you must hear from other years, that I discovered these years. [But then I realised that my spreadsheet with all albums was no longer ordered by artist, as I kept it linear by buys so could actually work out what was bought when more or less, hence the change from the first page written to the others].<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Might also add some ‘5 albums’ section inspired from twitter, covering other years. There is so much music I love and want to share. [in the end I am dropping that idea, you sometimes need to rein in excesses and be ‘reasonable’ rather than completist. I sure shared a lot more music on twitter throughout the years].<\/p>\n\n\n\n
